A 30-minute Squarespace training session
This personalized session will empower you to confidently manage your website, update content, and make modifications as needed. By the end, you'll feel at ease navigating the platform and leveraging its full potential to grow your online presence.
The VIP Treatment
Before the Day
We’ll schedule a Discovery Call to discuss all your website needs and determine if a One-Day Website is right for you. I'll then set you up with my user-friendly Member Area to keep track of all our deliverables.
After you've signed our agreement and paid your deposit, we will book your VIP Day!
Once I receive all your stuff, I’ll work independently on creating a preliminary (draft) template for your website and editing your copy.
On the Day
We’ll meet on a video call to review and customize the home page of a website template I created in advance. Once we have agreed on a general look and layout, I’ll work independently on the other pages. During that time, you’ll need to be available to answer questions and review changes so that we can meet our goal of launching your beautiful new site the same day!
Near the end of the VIP day, we’ll meet again to finalize the site and complete the launch process. Then, I’ll give you a tutorial to get you comfortable with Squarespace.
After VIP Day
After VIP Day, your new website will likely be live, (Oh the thrill of completion)! With 14 days of dedicated support, you can confidently explore Squarespace's backend, knowing I'm here to guide you through any challenges. While tweaks aren't usually needed now, you can polish your copy and get comfortable with the platform, so you're equipped to manage your site effortlessly in the future.
After 14 days, your website is all yours! This marks the end of our time together.🥲 You're now the boss, feeling confident and ready to be in charge of your site!

I will be frank; a One-Day Website is NOT for everyone. This is a sprint, not a marathon. This process will work well for you if you are decisive, work quickly, and diligently do your homework.
If you get stressed by details, take a long time to make decisions, and like to look at many options before deciding, this approach may not be right for you.

No, this offering is for new, from-scratch websites only.

If you already have a logo, you’ll submit it to me and I’ll upload it to the site.
If you need a logo, try Etsy.com, 99designs, Fiverr.com, Creativemarket.com, or you can try making your own on Canva.com.
You can also go without a logo altogether. Your business name (or name + credentials) will act as your site title.

I don’t provide ongoing website support. This means that after your 14-day support period, you’ll be on your own. I also don’t provide any additional, ongoing SEO services.

Yes, just like a house needs a piece of property to sit on, your website needs a host (the property) and a domain (an address). You don’t need to go outside of Squarespace to obtain either; they’re included in Squarespace’s comprehensive suite of offerings. You can check out the pricing HERE.

Writing website copy is only challenging when you don’t clearly understand your target audience (your ideal client) and your value proposition (how your service meets your ideal client's needs). If you can describe these things, then the rest is easy.
The good news is that I provide you with writing guides that will walk you through the entire process. I’ll tell you exactly what kind of information to write and where to write it.

It might be perfect for now, but no website remains perfect. Don’t expect that you’ll fall - and stay - in love with your site forever. Your website must change as your practice, offerings, business, and needs change. It’s best to carry the mindset that a website is a permanent “work in progress.”

The One-Day Website is a 6-page site. Every website needs a 1) Home, 2) About, and 3)Contact page, which leaves only three additional pages for your clinical focus areas. If you have three or fewer clinical focus areas between all the clinicians in your practice, then a One-Day Website will work fine.

Take your time with the branding questionnaire and the Website Content Guides. These two resources make it possible for me to build a site that aligns with your goals. If they’re not done thoroughly and thoughtfully, the quality of your website will suffer.
Meet your deadline for submitting your deliverables. My schedule is packed, so it might be challenging to reschedule your VIP day if you don’t have everything in on time.
It’s best to start a website project after you’ve gained some clarity on your branding, target audience, and clinical focus area(s)/niche. Without these things, you’ll be asked to make important decisions on the spot.

Oh, gosh NO! There will be no CSS code on your website. Everything is created through Squarespace’s intuitive design platform so it will be easy for you to update and edit to your heart’s desire.

If you have a website and are ready to update or replace it, then we will create a new site from scratch and move your domain to the new site.

No, the One-Day Website is my only custom offering. In addition, there are no add-on services offered to the One-Day Website service.
