You’ll get a few emails from me, including the receipt and an invite to your BRAND NEW Squarespace 7.1 website template PRE-INSTALLED for you. You’ll take complete ownership of the website and I’ll remove myself as soon as I’ve seen that you’ve received it.

Please note that installation may not be instant, as this step has to be done manually. I will send your template to the email address you used on your order within two days.

  • All the H5 website templates have the same pages, elements, and features so you don't need to worry about whether one has more or less functionality than another. The only difference is the design (colors, fonts, photos, graphics). Make your selection based on which design reflects your best-fit clients or niche. Also, remember that everything is customizable, so if you like most of the design, you can easily change the stuff you don't like.

  • Once I see that you've made your purchase, I will transfer ownership of the website to you using the email address that you provide. You'll receive an email invitation from Squarespace. All you have to do is accept the invitation by clicking the link in the email. You'll be prompted to register (or sign in) with Squarespace, and your new website will sit in your Account Dashboard.

  • Yes! Your website is completely customizable. You can make your website work for you by adding, moving, and deleting elements, changing colors, fonts, and photos, writing content, adding a logo, and more.

  • Yes, you will write the content yourself. If you're new to copywriting, I have some awesome Website Content Guides to help.

  • H5 templates are already built, so you only need to write the words. If you use my Website Content Guides to write your copy, you’ll get the content done much faster. If you’re a quick writer, you could launch in a few hours, but most people take a couple of days.

  • Squarespace provides AMAZING help guides and video tutorials. In fact, they are so good that I don’t bother making my own tutorials.

  • One problem I found is that a lot of therapists and coaches felt intimidated by their current website platform (usually WordPress) and never updated their sites. That’s a big problem because abandoning your site hurts search engine optimization.

    Squarespace is the easiest website platform you'll ever use. It's code-free and designed for non-techy types.

  • Yes! The photos are sourced from Unsplash.com, Pixabay.com, or Pexels.com, which grant you an irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide copyright license to download, copy, modify, distribute, perform, and use photos for free, including for commercial purposes, without permission from or attributing the photographer or Unsplash, Pixabay, or Pexels.

  • My private practice keeps me busy, so almost everything here is product-based.

  • Yes, Squarespace allows you to purchase a domain (i.e. www.yourdomainname.com). This makes your business look official.

  • Yes, you can sign up for Google Workplace within Squarespace and get access to all of Google Workplace's amazing features, including a HIPAA-secure, domain-specific email. Signing up for Google Workplace in Squarespace (rather than separately) means you pay for everything in one place.

  • Yes, your site will be optimized for other devices.

    After you have made changes to your site, be sure to check the mobile version of each edited page to ensure your mobile version still looks good.

  • Yes, Squarespace offers a variety of e-commerce options. You can collect fees for your services or sell physical or digital products.

  • Yes, Squarespace offers (for an extra fee) online appointment scheduling through Availity. Clients can quickly view your availability and book appointments or classes. They can even pay online and reschedule with a click. You can find more information about the features here.

    If you already use an EHR like Simple Practice, you can link your site to it by adding a link.

  • Yes. Note that Squarespace websites are separate entities so you can’t merge them together. You’ll assume ownership of the new website and copy/paste your content from the other site to the new one. If you want to keep your domain, connect it to the new site. Then cancel your subscription to the old site and add a subscription to the new one.

  • You can’t transfer a website from another platform to Squarespace, but you can transfer your domain.

  • Yes. Live websites are never free. Websites need to be hosted, which is another way of saying they need a platform to live on. H5 templates are built on and hosted by Squarespace. You’ll pay ongoing hosting fees to Squarespace to keep your site running and live.
